The clay pot dishes are made with rice and eggs carefully selected by the owner himself.For our seasoned rice, we use Tenkeiko, a premium type of shiitake mushroom that is thick and large like an abalone. We also offer a variety of other creative dishes using seasonal ingredients, as well as steamed dishes made in clay pots, allowing you to experience the seasons and what's in season through our cuisine.
